On October 26, 2024, I had the absolute honor of providing DJ entertainment for Caroline and Ryan’s unforgettable wedding at the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden in Oakdale, PA. From the very first meeting with them, it was crystal clear how deeply they loved each other and how excited they were to celebrate their big day. They had one goal in mind: to throw a RAGER of a party that everyone would remember for years to come.

Caroline and Ryan’s enthusiasm was infectious. When I shared with them that their wedding would be my final one of the 2024 season, they looked at me and said, “Let’s make it one to remember then.” And let me tell you, they delivered on that promise in every way imaginable. The Venue

The Pittsburgh Botanic Garden was the perfect backdrop for their celebration. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, the venue’s charm added an extra layer of magic to the event. From the ceremony to the reception, every detail was thoughtfully planned to create an unforgettable experience for their guests. We also got to work with one of our FAVORITE wedding planners, Joyful Events by Jade, who nailed every detail of the big day.

Services Provided

To ensure Caroline and Ryan’s vision came to life, we pulled out all the stops with our comprehensive entertainment package:

DJ & MC Services: Featuring our sleek new DJ booth, which added a modern and stylish touch to the setup. Also included intelligent lighting to really set the party off when it was time to dance.
Full Room Decor Uplighting: The incandescent colored uplighting transformed the venue into a vibrant, elegant space that set the mood for a night of celebration.
Ceremony PA and Music Playback: Every guest could hear the heartfelt vows and enjoy the beautiful ceremony music. We provided microphones for the officiant, readers, and for Caroline and Ryan’s personally written vows.
Additional Sound System for the Dinner Area: This ensured seamless audio coverage, so the atmosphere stayed lively and engaging throughout dinner.

The Party

The reception was electric from start to finish. Guests packed the dance floor all night long, fueled by an epic playlist tailored to Caroline and Ryan’s taste. From timeless classics to the latest hits, every track kept the energy high and the vibes immaculate. Seeing everyone—young and old—dancing together was a testament to the love and joy that Caroline and Ryan radiated.

By the end of the night, it was clear that their wedding wasn’t just a celebration—it was an experience. I’m beyond grateful to have been a part of their special day and to have ended my 2024 wedding season on such an incredible high note.

Final Thoughts

Caroline and Ryan, thank you for trusting me to help bring your vision to life. Your wedding was everything you dreamed of and more, and I’ll always remember it as a highlight of the year. Here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, and epic dance parties! Cheers!

Heinz History Center Wedding-Anthony & Sarah

Heinz History Center Wedding

On June 9th, 2018, I was honored to provide the DJ/MC and Lighting services for Anthony and Sarah’s beautiful wedding reception at Heinz History Center’s Mueller Center.

The room decor featured blush pink, and gold accents. Beautiful To add to the beautiful decor that they had already picked out for the venue, I provided Blush Pink uplighting all around the room and projected a custom monogram on the far wall. The place looked stunning!

Check out some photos I captured below of the room and of Anthony & Sarah’s First Dance as husband and wife. Their First Dance song was “How would you feel” by Ed Sheeran. This is the first time I had clients choose this song and let me tell you, its absolutely beautiful.

The 5th floor Mueller Center at the Heinz History Center is a beautifully appointed, traditional ballroom featuring a wall of windows and a 15′ x 135′ outdoor deck with a view of the river directly in front and a view of the city to the left. The sunsets seen from the deck are just spectacular.

Sarah, Anthony, Family, and friends danced the night away with a mixture of classics and EDM with a hint of Top 40 music the rest of the evening!

Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Wedding

On June 10, 2017, I had the pleasure of working with Marty and Stephanie at the beautiful Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh, the beautiful hotel overlooking Pittsburgh\’s point.

The day started with ceremony services located in a separate ballroom from the reception area. For that, we provided a dedicated sound system, microphones, and a direct feed into our system for the awesome live musicians, Cadilac Jazz. After the ceremony the guests got to enjoy a lovely cocktail hour outside of the reception ballroom listing to the sounds of an awesome live jazz band.

In the reception ballroom, we provided tiffany blue uplighting all around the room (pictured above) as well as a custom projected monogram on the wall displaying the couple\’s names and wedding date.

We supplied our full sound system with intelligent lighting that later supplied the full dance floor of amazing people! The guests danced all evening to genres all over the board! What. A. Fun. Crowd!

Extremely humbled and honored to be a part of a #NightToShine for the Tim Tebow Foundation on 2-10-2017! It is such an amazing event for those with special needs.

Me and my partner company Pittsburgh All-Stars Event Services donated DJ, Lighting, Photo Booth, and Karaoke Services. This even was held at the Bible Chapel in South Hills. This is our second year participating in this event. The staff and volunteers at the Bible Chapel are just amazing. Thanks for having us!

What a beautiful wedding reception last evening for Stephen and Brittny!!! The event was held at Chestnut Ridge Gold Resort in Blairsville. The decor and flower arrangements were amazing! Brittny’s Mother is the owner of Rosebud Floral in Murrysville, PA. I provided the Red Uplighting to go along with the decor and floral arrangements…. The room just looked stunning! Stephen is an actively serving our country as was his best man and a few of his groomsmen! Thank you for your service to our country! The crowd was great! There was even a balloon drop which added excitement to the room! Thank you Brittny and Stephen for allowing me to be a part of your special day! Best wishes!

This past weekend I had the honor of being a part of Melissa and Alex’s wedding reception at the Willow Room in Belle Vernon. Of course I provided DJ/MC Services as well as light pink #uplighting around the room and a custom #monogram projected on the dance floor. The dance floor was packed all evening and the crowd was really fun! I had a blast working with these two and I wish them the best!

Harrison Room Wedding Reception-Sean and Laura

After DJ’ing for several family functions over the years, I had another opportunity to DJ for the Beitler Family, this time, for Sean and Laura’s Wedding Reception at the Harrison Room in Penn Township. It was a beautiful wedding and as always, this crew knows how to party!

I also provided uplighting all around the room in pink to match the color theme. During dancing, the uplighting brought the room to life, synced with the music.
